At SkyFlow Drone Shop, we work hard to keep enterprise, agriculture, and commercial drone gear priced competitively in Canada, while still providing real product support, warranty guidance, and after-sale service. If you find the exact same item offered for less by a verified, authorized dealer, and it is in stock for immediate sale, we will do our best to match or beat the price at the time you are ready to purchase.

What qualifies for a price match

A request can qualify when all of the conditions below are met:

• Authorized dealer, verifiable: The competitor must be an authorized dealer for that brand and product, and we must be able to verify it through the manufacturer or official dealer listings.
• In stock and available now: The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase and shipment, not pre-order, back-order, “coming soon,” or “limited stock” that cannot be purchased.
• Identical product: Same brand, model, configuration, region/version, included items, and warranty. Model number and UPC must match where applicable.
• New and factory sealed: No open-box, demo, refurbished, used, or “like new” items.
• Publicly listed price: The lower price must be publicly accessible online at the time of the request, with no login required.
• Apples to apples delivered cost: We compare the competitor’s item price plus required fees and standard shipping to the same destination. Taxes are excluded since they vary by province.

What does not qualify

We cannot match every advertised price. The most common exclusions include:

• Marketplace or third-party sellers (for example, listings where the store is not the actual seller).
• Grey-market imports, cross-border offers that change warranty eligibility, or pricing that bypasses Canadian distribution channels.
• Pricing errors, misprints, or obviously incorrect listings.
• Clearance, liquidation, closeout, “final sale,” doorbusters, flash sales with limited quantities, or time-limited offers that cannot be verified reliably.
• Member-only pricing, employee discounts, coupon stacks, gift card promotions, loyalty point redemptions, financing rebates, or “quote-only” deals that are not publicly posted.
• Bundles that are not identical (different batteries, chargers, add-ons, training, services, or freebies).
• Any request that would require us to violate manufacturer pricing policies, including MAP policies when applicable.

How to request a price match

Send us the details before you purchase, so we can confirm eligibility quickly:

• The product name and the SkyFlow link or SKU.
• The competitor link to the lower advertised price.
• A screenshot showing the price and stock status (helpful for fast verification).
• Your shipping postal code, so we can compare delivered pricing accurately.

Once we verify the listing, we will confirm the matched price and provide the purchase instructions.

Verification and final decision

We reserve the right to verify all price match claims, including confirming dealer authorization and live inventory status. We may decline a request if we cannot verify the offer, if the offer changes during verification, or if it conflicts with manufacturer policies. SkyFlow Drone Shop makes the final decision on all price match approvals.

Reasonable limits

To keep this fair for everyone, we may limit price matches by quantity, per customer, or per order, especially for high-demand items and restricted allocation products.

If SkyFlow lowers the price of the exact same item you purchased within 7 calendar days, we will offer a store credit for the difference upon request.
