SkyFlow Drone Shop Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to the SkyFlow Robotics Inc. website (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, including our e-commerce store, user account portal, and our AI interactive agent, SkyFlow Aero.

By creating an account, purchasing products, or interacting with SkyFlow Aero, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

“SkyFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to SkyFlow Robotics Inc., a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada.

2. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of the Site, such as purchasing enterprise hardware or tracking orders, you may be required to register for an account.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account and purchase enterprise drone systems.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. SkyFlow is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we suspect violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

3. Terms of Sale (Enterprise Drones & Equipment)

All purchases made through our Site are subject to the following terms:

• Product Use & Compliance: You acknowledge that the products sold by SkyFlow (including DJI Enterprise drones, agricultural sprayers, and sensors) are sophisticated industrial tools. You agree to use these products in strict compliance with all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws, including but not limited to Transport Canada’s Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).
• No Operational Liability: SkyFlow is a hardware and software retailer. We are not responsible for the operational use of the drones you purchase. We are not liable for damages, injuries, or legal penalties resulting from your flight operations, crashes, or misuse of the equipment.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud avoidance department.
• Final Sale & Warranty: Unless otherwise stated in a separate Return Policy, specific enterprise items may be non-refundable once activated. Warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer (e.g., DJI) unless a separate SkyFlow extended warranty is purchased.

4. AI Agent Terms of Use (SkyFlow Aero)

Our website features an artificial intelligence agent known as “SkyFlow Aero” to assist you with product queries, troubleshooting, and general information.

BY USING SKYFLOW AERO, YOU EXPLICITLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Not Professional Advice: SkyFlow Aero is an automated AI system. The remarks, suggestions, and outputs generated by SkyFlow Aero do not represent the official opinion or advice of SkyFlow Robotics Inc.
• Verification Required: Information provided by SkyFlow Aero regarding flight regulations, chemical application rates, technical repairs, or safety protocols may be inaccurate, outdated, or “hallucinated.” You must never act on the advice of SkyFlow Aero without verifying it with a human SkyFlow Robotics Inc. employee or consulting the official manufacturer's manual.
• No Liability: SkyFlow Robotics Inc. accepts no liability whatsoever for any actions taken, or damages incurred (including equipment damage, crop loss, or regulatory fines), based on information provided by the SkyFlow Aero AI agent.
• Experimental Nature: You understand that SkyFlow Aero is an experimental tool. It may produce offensive, erroneous, or nonsensical responses.

5. Intellectual Property

• Site Content: All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SkyFlow Robotics Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
• AI Interactions: You agree that any inputs you provide to SkyFlow Aero and the resulting outputs may be used by us to improve our services, train our models, and for internal business purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Site, user accounts, or computer systems (hacking).
• Use SkyFlow Aero to generate content that is harassing, defamatory, illegal, or harmful.
• Interfere with the proper working of the Site or our inventory systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING THE LAWS OF ONTARIO):

SKYFLOW AGRICULTURE ROBOTICS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE; (iii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE (INCLUDING ADVICE FROM SKYFLOW AERO); (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SKYFLOW'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS ($100 CAD) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SkyFlow Robotics Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your flight operations using equipment purchased from us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Ontario for the resolution of any disputes.
