CZI TK4 is a tethered power system designed to supply compatible aircraft and mission payloads from a ground station. The tether carries high-voltage DC power and power-line communication (PLC), helping reduce battery-change interruptions during fixed-position operations such as public-safety overwatch, emergency scene lighting, long-duration monitoring and communications support. The DJI Matrice 400 aircraft is sold separately.
Choose the 110 m or 200 m tether variant above. The cable length is a system configuration, not a guaranteed flight altitude. Actual operating height and endurance depend on the aircraft, payload, site, weather, power source, tether routing and applicable operating rules.
CZI specifies 800 V ground-to-air transmission and a 50 V airborne output rated at 4 kW. The ground station output is specified at 4.5 kW. Power-line communication supports 100 Mbps bandwidth; HDMI and Ethernet outputs are available at the ground station for command-centre video workflows.
A tethered supply can keep an aircraft powered from the ground while it remains deployed, reducing routine battery swaps. It is suited to planned observation, lighting and monitoring tasks where a stable operating area and tether management are practical. It does not remove aircraft, weather, power-source, setup or regulatory limits.
CZI identifies the DJI Matrice 400 as a supported platform. Confirm the aircraft model, airborne-unit interface, payload combination and mission requirements with SkyFlow before ordering. The aircraft is not included with the TK4 system.
The variants use different tether cable lengths. Select 110 m for the standard cable configuration or 200 m when the longer tether is required. Tether length does not equal permitted flight height; site and operating limits still apply.
