What is SkyCare™?
SkyCare™ is SkyFlow’s registered warranty program covering product defects for one full year from the date of purchase. It includes priority support, free diagnostics, and firmware updates at no extra cost.
How do I upgrade to SkyCare+?
You can upgrade to SkyCare+ at any time during your SkyCare™ coverage period. SkyCare+ adds accidental damage protection and expedited replacement service. Contact our team or upgrade directly through your account dashboard.
How does the warranty extension work?
After your initial SkyCare™ year, you can extend coverage in 3-month increments at 8% of the original purchase price per period. Extensions can be purchased up to 30 days before your current coverage expires.
Are used drones available for training?
Yes — select units are approved for use in SkyFlow’s training and licensing programs. These are marked with a “Training Ready” badge on the product listing and include discounted enrollment in our Licence Prep courses.
What’s your return policy on used drones?
Used and refurbished drones carry a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If the unit doesn’t match its described condition grade, we’ll arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
What’s the difference between Refurbished, Used, and Marketplace?
Refurbished units are professionally restored by SkyFlow with all key parts checked/replaced. Used units are sold as-is with a condition report. Marketplace units are sold by third-party sellers with SkyFlow authenticating the listing. All three are covered by SkyCare™.
Can I rent a drone instead of buying?
We’re rolling out a rental program for enterprise and training use-cases. Rental inventory and pricing will be available soon. Contact us to be notified when rental units become available.
