DJI AGRAS T100 Radar Protective Foam
The DJI AGRAS T100 Radar Protective Foam is a cushioning and protective foam piece used around the radar module area of the T100 airframe. The radar system helps the aircraft detect obstacles and maintain situational awareness during agricultural operation, while this foam helps protect the radar mounting area from vibration, contact pressure, and light movement inside the aircraft structure.
This part is not the radar module, signal cable, or radar bracket. It does not detect obstacles or transmit radar signals. Its job is to sit around the radar-related mounting area and provide soft protection so the radar module, cover, wiring, or nearby frame contact points are less exposed to vibration, rubbing, and impact stress during spraying, spreading, lifting, transport, and field operation.
If the radar protective foam is torn, compressed, missing, contaminated, or no longer sitting correctly, the radar area may lose some of its cushioning and protection. That can lead to vibration noise, loose fitment, rubbing against nearby components, extra stress on the radar housing or cable, or reduced protection after service reassembly. Even though the aircraft may still operate, a damaged foam piece should be replaced to keep the radar area properly supported and protected.
Use this part when repairing or reassembling the radar module area after radar replacement, signal cable service, front/rear/bottom frame repair, crash damage, or long-term field vibration. Replacing the radar protective foam helps restore proper cushioning and clean fitment around the T100 radar system.

When to Replace This Part
