GET, HEAD and OPTIONS are supported with public cross-origin access. Responses include ETags; send If-None-Match for a 304 when unchanged. Search results are paginated; unknown IDs return 404 and invalid search parameters return 400. Content may be cached for 5 minutes by clients and one hour by shared caches.
