The DJI Dock 3 is DJI’s next-generation autonomous drone dock designed for enterprise teams that need reliable, repeatable, and remote aerial operations. Built for use with the DJI Matrice 4D and DJI Matrice 4TD, Dock 3 enables automated drone takeoff, landing, charging, mission management, and remote monitoring through DJI FlightHub 2.

Whether used for public safety, emergency response, infrastructure inspection, security patrol, construction monitoring, mapping, or utility inspection, DJI Dock 3 provides a complete drone-in-a-box solution for organizations that need rapid aerial data without sending a pilot to every site.

Built for 24/7 Remote Operations

DJI Dock 3 is designed to support around-the-clock remote drone deployment. The dock houses one compatible Matrice 4D Series aircraft, protects it from outdoor conditions, charges the aircraft, and connects it to DJI FlightHub 2 for mission planning, live view, data upload, and fleet management.

With a 27-minute charging time from 15% to 95% under DJI test conditions, Dock 3 helps reduce downtime between missions and keeps aircraft ready for recurring inspection, patrol, or emergency response workflows.

Fixed or Vehicle-Mounted Deployment

Unlike earlier dock systems, DJI Dock 3 supports both fixed-site installation and vehicle-mounted deployment. This makes it suitable for permanent inspection locations as well as mobile emergency response, temporary job sites, law enforcement operations, and large-area infrastructure projects.

For mobile teams, Dock 3 allows faster deployment in the field and makes it possible to bring autonomous drone operations closer to the mission area.

Rugged Enterprise Design

DJI Dock 3 is built for challenging outdoor environments. The dock features an IP56 protection rating, a compact 55 kg body without aircraft, and an operating temperature range of -30° to 50° C. Integrated environmental sensors monitor wind speed, rainfall, ambient temperature, water immersion, cabin temperature, and cabin humidity to support safer and more predictable operations.

The dock also includes internal and external security cameras with 1920×1080 resolution and auxiliary white lights for remote site awareness.

Compatible with DJI Matrice 4D and Matrice 4TD

DJI Dock 3 works with the DJI Matrice 4D Series, including the Matrice 4D and Matrice 4TD. These aircraft are built for dock-based operations and provide extended flight performance, IP55 protection, omnidirectional sensing, RTK positioning, and professional imaging systems.

The Matrice 4D is ideal for mapping, surveying, and detailed visual inspection. The Matrice 4TD adds thermal imaging capability, making it suitable for public safety, emergency response, night operations, utility inspection, and search-and-rescue workflows.
