For the EVO Max 4T XE and 4N described here, connect the official remote-controller charger to the Smart Controller V3’s USB-C port using either a USB-C-to-USB-A or USB-C-to-USB-C data cable. Connect the charger to a 100–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz supply.[1][2]
Before you begin

Use the official charger supplied by Autel; the manual warns that a third-party charger may damage the remote-controller battery.[3]

Autel recommends charging the remote-controller battery fully before takeoff. For long periods without use, the manual recommends charging it every three months.[5]

Follow these steps

  1. Connect the controller

    Connect the official remote-controller charger to the controller’s USB-C port using a USB-C-to-USB-A or USB-C-to-USB-C cable.[2]

  2. Connect power and disconnect when complete

Plug the charger into a 100–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz supply. Disconnect the controller promptly after charging is complete.[2][4]

The nearby 120-minute note says “aircraft battery” under the controller-charging section, so no charging-time claim is repeated.
