Do not charge a battery that is swollen, leaking, smoking or visibly damaged. Do not use damaged charging equipment or modify the battery or charger. Use Autel’s official battery and charging equipment, away from flammable or explosive items.[2]
Read the battery surface label, Battery Safety Operation Guidelines and aircraft safety guidelines before use. A battery that has been dropped, impacted or soaked must not be used.[3]
A low battery in sleep mode may not respond to its power button; the manual says to connect the battery to its charger to wake it. Attempt this only with an undamaged battery and official charging equipment.[1][2][3]
Overcurrent protection also stops charging, and charging stops normally when the battery is full. If safe temperature and correct equipment do not resolve the issue, contact SkyFlow or Autel support; do not open, modify or force-charge the battery.[1][2][3]
